The third week of Trump seems like a continuation of the second week with the news and protests still focused on the travel ban. So we will spend the meeting with deeper look into the travel ban and other aspects of Trump's foreign policy. Here are the video we will review at the meeting:

I sometimes wish that my parents didn't decide to emigrate down from Toronto many years ago. Thought his column might be of interest to the group but couldn't figure out how to post it from the NYT. As I mentioned in a recent meeting , the Canadians have consistently drawn great benefits in taking more of the best available refugees from dispossessed populations around the globe. Altruistic, yes. Advancing self interest, yes. Oh, why can't we learn? These are precisely the kind of people that build nations.
